| My name is AA and I work for a raw material
vitamin distribution company called JSPC AMERICA , INC. Recently, due
to rapid expansion, our company realized that we needed to hire another
salesperson to help with our growing workload. Through word of mouth,
we heard of www.ingredientsjobs.com, which seemed like the perfect solution
to search for the right salesperson. I contacted ingredientsjobs.com,
and was informed that we were able to place a free job posting on their
website, to which applicants were able to respond. The site was user-friendly,
and had an attractive lay-out. I initially had a bit of difficulty setting
up our job posting, but I was contacted a few days later by Kevin, who,
in addition to providing excellent customer service, was able to easily
explain to me how the site works. After setting up our account, and posting
our job listing, we began to receive some responses. We contacted all
of the applicants, and met personally with two of them. We received a
total of four responses. One of the applicants wasn't qualified for the
position, one was overqualified, one was extremely rude, and the other
person we have offered the position. I was very pleased with the service that ingredientsjobs.com had to offer. They provided superb customer service skills, and follow up calls to ensure that their site was working to fulfill our needs. They were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend ingredientsjobs.com to any employer who needs to place an ad for positions in a specialized industry, such as food or nutrition. | Regarding the website, I have liked using it. At first
I was a little unsure of how it worked when entering detailed job criteria.
Once I did it, however, it went fine. I like the links on the home page...I
think I have gotten some interesting resumes from the site. Most were

15 minutes after I thought, “Where can I post my positions to target
the right candidates and remain cost effective”? Kevin walked me
through the site and has followed up diligently to find out how I’m
doing. Candidates that have responded have been of the highest caliber!
